Challenge:

Halls Industrial’s HR department needed a more efficient and customized hiring process. The standard Wix Forms app couldn’t accommodate their complex requirements for a custom job application, on-boarding process, and consent forms. They required a solution that provided multi-step user interactions and robust data validation while integrating seamlessly with their HR databases.

Solution:

Asher and Rose Studios partnered with me to develop fully customized, multi-state forms using Wix Velo (JavaScript). I built a solution that not only captured all necessary applicant data but also validated every input before storage in separate, purpose-built databases. This custom approach allowed the HR team to manage the hiring process more fluidly, reduce manual errors, and improve overall efficiency.

The custom forms streamlined the hiring process, significantly improved data accuracy, and enhanced the candidate experience. The HR team now enjoys a more efficient workflow, reducing manual follow-ups and allowing them to focus on strategic hiring decisions.

Challenge:

Débouchage Solutions, a small plumbing business specializing in drainage services in Montreal, heavily depended on paid advertising (PPC) since launching three years ago. They needed a sustainable strategy to reduce their long-term reliance on paid ads and grow organic visibility.

Solution:

I designed and developed a fast-loading, responsive website using Astro.js for static site generation and Tailwind UI for modern, reusable components. Additionally, I implemented a comprehensive Local SEO strategy, including keyword research, Google Business Profile optimization, local citations, and an ongoing targeted link-building campaign.

Results:

Débouchage Solutions' new website significantly outperforms competitors' slow-loading WordPress sites, placing them on equal footing with well-established plumbing companies. Due to improved organic traffic and visibility, they've substantially reduced their PPC spending, achieving steady and ongoing organic growth.
